This privacy policy applies to the DrDe app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by DrDe (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
- Pages of the Application you visit, time and date of your visit, time spent
- Operating system of your device
The Application does not gather precise location information about your device.
The Service Provider may use the information to contact you with important notices and promotions.
For a better experience, the Service Provider may require personally identifiable information, including but not limited to andre.mendesc@gmail.com. The information will be retained and used as described in this policy.
Third Party Access
Aggregated, anonymized data may be transmitted to external services. Third-party services used include:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Unity
The Service Provider may disclose information under legal requirement, safety concerns, fraud investigations, or to trusted service providers.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application.
Data Retention Policy
User data is retained as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To delete your data, contact andre.mendesc@gmail.com.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If discovered, such data will be deleted immediately.
Security
The Service Provider safeguards your information via physical, electronic, and procedural measures.
Changes
Policy updates may occur. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Effective as of 2025-06-15.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as outlined in this policy.
Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your data by emailing wekapotech@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" and providing necessary verification details.

利用規約
この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、[あなたの会社名または開発者名]（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するスマートフォン向けゲームアプリ（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みいただき、同意の上でご利用ください。ユーザーが本アプリをインストールまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、ユーザーと当社との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
第2条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません：
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 当社または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- 不正アクセスや、サーバー・ネットワークへの攻撃行為
- 本アプリの不具合を意図的に利用する行為
- 本アプリの複製、改変、解析、リバースエンジニアリング等の行為
- その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
第3条（知的財産権）
本アプリおよび本アプリに関するすべてのコンテンツ（画像、音楽、テキスト、データ等）に関する著作権・商標権その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。
第4条（免責事項）
本アプリは、現状有姿で提供されており、動作保証を含むいかなる保証も行いません。
当社は、ユーザーによる本アプリの利用に関連して生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
本アプリの内容は予告なく変更、中断、終了する場合があります。
第5条（サービスの提供の停止等）
当社は、以下の場合にユーザーに通知することなく、本アプリの提供を一時的に停止または終了することがあります：
- サーバーまたはシステムの保守点検
- 火災、停電、天災等の不可抗力
- その他、運営上やむを得ない場合
第6条（利用規約の変更）
当社は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーの承諾を得ることなく本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の本規約は、本アプリ内または当社ウェブサイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
第7条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
本規約の解釈および適用については、日本法を準拠法とし、本アプリに関する紛争については、[当社所在地]を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
